What services does the library offer?
Our library services include sites at both Newton Park and Sion Hill campus, in addition to the Athens electronic database which is available online. We are also members of SCONUL, a nationwide service that allows our library members to make use of library facilities at other institutions. Will I have a computer account?
Yes, as a full or part-time student at Bath Spa University, one of the first things you will receive is a computer account with a username and password. This will enable you to read and send e-mail and access Minerva, our on-line learning resource. For more details:

What should I do if I have problems with my computer account?
Students based on-campus should phone x5575 as their first contact for the Student Open Access Computer Support (SOACS) team or phone 6500 for the IT Helpdesk.
Students based off-campus should phone (01225) 876500 between 0830h and 1630h on normal working days for the IT Helpdesk.
