These pages are available for all staff but they are more specifically aimed at Managers.
The purpose of these pages is to assist managers in accessing the information relevant to managing their staff. There are links to information and resources available on line, including supporting documents, forms and templates.
Recruitment and Selection
Information got recruiting managers which includes details of the recruitment processes and forms, as well as practical advice on all aspects of recruitment activity.
When you recruit a new member of staff, you will need to guide them through their first couple of weeks at BSU. You should follow the new starter checklist and familiarise yourself with the induction process and new starter web pages.
